ELIMI Development Association Officially Established, Uniting Women Leaders in Machinery Industry

      The ELIMI Development Association was officially established on June 18, 2025, marking a significant milestone for women’s leadership in Taiwan’s machinery industry. Following two preparatory meetings earlier this year, the association garnered enthusiastic support, with over 100 female leaders attending the inaugural meeting. The first board of directors was elected, led by Tsai Hui-ching, General Manager of HIWIN Technologies, as the founding president, and Hsieh Man-yu, General Manager of Shang Yin Electromechanical, as vice president. The board includes representatives from prominent companies such as Chin Fong Machine, Tongtai Machine & Tool, Daito Pump, Taiwan Takisawa, Kao Sheng Precision, Sanfeng Machinery, and SPINDLEX. SPINDLEX actively participates in the association, promoting gender equality and industry innovation, showcasing women’s influence in precision machinery. The association aims to foster technical exchange, talent development, and industry collaboration, driving sustainable growth and injecting new momentum into Taiwan’s manufacturing sector. Through cross-enterprise collaboration, it will integrate resources to advance smart and green manufacturing, enhancing Taiwan’s global competitiveness and creating a broader platform for women leaders.
